Of The Horse is a multidisciplinary design studio based in New York City. Originally founded in Maine, we currently travel up and down the east coast to meet with our clients in Oquossoc (our hometown), Portland (not Oregon), New York (of course), and anywhere in between. We collaborate with our clients to develop a voice and the necessary materials to effectively reach their target audience.
Our Philosophy
Design is a network of conflicts in which there is always a solution to find. We will always take no for an answer and find the solution that satisfies the creative and their audience.
The service, product, or experience you provide the consumer will be communicated through a solid foundation of aesthetics, messaging, and materials. A system that speaks for itself.
Rather than products and consumers, we prefer to think of it more as chefs and people who love to eat. We ensure your restaurant speaks to what you do authentically, down to the right plates, menus, and custom stamped ice cubes, so that everything proves and shows what you do best... best.
